Wave Away – Paralysis released
My new Wave Away single Paralysis is now live on all the music platforms.
This song attempts to capture the feeling of battling inner demons. Oscillating between despair and defiance- is it “never gonna get out”, or “never gonna give up”?
Recording and producing songs is a long and intense process for me. I actually started recording this one before the the tracks on my first EP, but it took a lot longer to finish.
And there’s now this strange simultaneous feeling of never wanting to hear it again, feeling like this is the best thing I’ve ever done and proud of the result, and feeling anxious about the vulnerability of putting myself out there by sharing something so personal with a bunch of friends and strangers. And of course, wondering if anyone will actually listen to it, and whether it will connect with anyone…
