Not sure- possibly the X and Y resolution of the image aren't the same? Also check the image size and resolution in the "Image Settings" of the print dialog. Can you print actual size from other apps?

Hi Great tutorial. When i print out my completed artwork from gimp the image is slightly skewed. My enclosure is 3.5 by 4.5 but the printout is slightly less than 3.5 and larger than 4.5. Any ideas why this would happen?
